Michelle’s P90 Results: Day 60

Here was Michelle’s note to me:
“Hey there Dennis,
Here are my 60 day pics. O.k…changed the bathing suit….got bored of the other “plain” one. I put day 30 and day 1 in too, just for fun. Since day 1 I’m down 13 lbs. I’ve reached my personal goal weight that I set out to “conquer”. (I’m actually 2 lbs. below my original personal goal so that is great! ) I’ve lost 7 more inches in month 2 for a total of 15.75 inches lost since day 1! Still going strong and motivated….and can’t wait to begin THE X!

Michelle decided to start out with P90, and then do P90X when she was finished. Folks, I don’t talk about P90 alot, but it’s also a GREAT program and you’ll get some fantastic results with it! P90 was the original 90 day program. P90X was created for the P90 people who wanted “more” when they finished P90, hence the “X” version was born. P90 is about half the price of P90X and can be purchased in the Million Dollar Body Store. For all those people who feel P90X may be a little too much, you now don’t have any excuses!
One more thing, Michelle has decided to join me as a new Million Dollar Body Fitness Coach. She wants to share with you all the things she has learned in the past few months. Hey there! I received the P90X program from a friend of mine, but its only the videos…. not sure what im suppose to do!! Where can I find the schedule to follow so i can get started, my twin sister and I really want to try this out, she is getting married this summer and is hoping that she will start seeing the results before then
Please email me any info you have on my getting the schedule/calander, whatever written documents i need.

Hey, nice pictures, I think that she has already reached her ideal weight and she should just work to keep it like that. As for me, I’m really big and I don’t know if I could keep up with the P90X program, but it looks very promising. i would give 180 days only to know that I could get back to not being ashamed with the way I look. Now much time/day do you have to spend with the exercises ?

Fantastic results! You look amazing and you should be very proud.
I think you’ll find that you may not lose much more weight, but you will definitely continue to tone up. The weight you lose in fat may be replaced in muscle mass. I say that just in case you find your weight starting to plateau - you will still be producing excellent results.
Great program, Dennis! The proof is in the pudding.
