I have some bad news.  Today I've decided to close down my forum.  The SPAM attacks were just getting too frequent, and last night an attacker was able to actually gain access to the server, change the admin username/password...and begin posting all sorts of garbage.   I was up all night cleaning up the mess.

From now on, I'll be using Facebook, my newsletter, and email for communications.  If you aren't already friends with me on Facebook, you'll find me at http://www.facebook.com/dennishardyfitness .   I'll be logging into Facebook each day and answering questions, offering support, and sharing my own experiences.  In fact, I believe Facebook offers better tools for communicating and sharing than my forum interface.
