P90X Plus (P90X+) Is Here!
The long awaited P90X Plus (P90X+) has finally arrived! P90X Plus was just released in late December. I was hoping to have it under the Christmas tree, but had to wait a few extra days 
. Now, alot of people are asking questions about the program.
Here are the P90X Plus workouts:
Kenpo Cardio Plus: This is a concentrated cardiovascular routine based around Kenpo, a form of martial arts. Moves include “The Gladiator”. 
. These are fast paced exercises designed to improve stamina, balance, and agility.
Upper Plus: Hits arms, back, chest, shoulders, delts, biceps, triceps, the whole deal. Full throttle all the way.
Abs/Core Plus: A kiler workout for washboard abs. Includes hanging, plank standing, and floor work.
Interval X Plus : A roller coaster of fat burning cardio takes you through low, medium, and high intensity. Note: If any of you have read my blog post on HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), you’ll understand the TRUE power of this workout.
Total Body Plus : The whole body gets shredded! Each muscle group takes turns recuperating while you blast the next!
These 5 workouts make a SMOKING HOT addition to P90X. This collection will grow your extreme fitness library and insure that your workouts never get stale, and your muscles always stay confused.
