Dennis Hardy’s P90X Review: John E.’s P90X Results

The results Ive personally achieved with P90X are certainly above average. It would be difficult to provide "average results" statistics for this program. It will depend on many factors.

The most important factors are whether or not you complete the program, your level of intensity during the program, and your nutrition during the program.

During my 2008 P90X transformation contest, approximately 30 people submitted their "day 1" photos for the contest. Of the 30, 14 people were never seen or heard from again. For whatever reason, they dropped out of the competition. Of the 16 who submitted final results, each of their "90 day" photos showed improvement.

Of the 16 people, 3 of the results showed exceptional changes. In fact, my second place winner was recently featured on the front page of a Philadelphia newspaper's sports section in a "Fit At 40" article. My first place winner had his photos included in one of the latest P90X TV infomercials...that's how good they were. His 90 day photos were incredible.

I think this is a good indicator of what is possible with P90X. There's no question that the program will work...too many people, myself included, have had success with it. You have to ask yourself though...are you going to be one of the people who drops out, never to be heard from again...or do you have the discipline and heart to "finish strong"?
