Another Awesome P90X Before & After Photo: Jason
Tell me this photo isn’t going to blow your mind! This is my good buddy Jason. Those results are from 6 months of hard work…3 months on the original P90, followed by 3 months of P90X. Are you willing to work hard for 3-6 months(depending on your starting to get results like his?
If a picture like that can’t inspire you, I’m not sure what will!
Everyone enjoy the weekend and keep the emails coming!

You aren’t going to look like a bodybuilder
. I lifted with heavy weight/low reps when I did my first round of P90X…also ate like a HORSE(clean food, but alot of it!).
Do you need the workout sequence for P90 or P90X?

“Build Muscle Fast”,
No, I’m really not into body fat percentages. have calipers, but rarely use them.
MDB has some software calculations that measure BF based on age, weight, height, waist ,etc…not the most accurate in the world…but good enough.

Wow. Jason’s transformation is one of the best ones I’ve seen in quite some time. That’s a very motivating before and after. It should make people more aware of your program. I’d be submitting that before and after to different fitness forums if I were you.
